Don't Forget to Vote March 12

posted Mar 11, 2019, 2:56 PM by Jonathan Reed

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As winter vacation is in the rear view mirror, I hope you all had the opportunity to spend some time as a family enjoying some of our local winter activities, or maybe you had the chance to head to some warmer weather.

I want to remind you that the town and school elections will be on March 12th from 8am-7pm at the Sherburne Gym. In this year’s voting on the school side, you will be asked to select a moderator, treasurer, school clerk and two school board members. You will also be asked to vote on specific warrant articles for the school which include the school budget, a new teacher contract and a proposed modernization/addition to the elementary school which will need a 3/5 ballot vote for approval. We have attached two fact sheets so that accurate information is available to you.

Don’t forget to vote March 12, 2019, between 8am-7pm at the Sherburne Gym.

Sincerely,

Russell Holden, Superintendent
